On October 18, 2013 Schenk will have a fire safety program for K-3. I was asked about an old fire safety video that was in our collection, but never checked out. This was one of our videos that got weeded last year.
In our great leap forward from 1980's to 1990's technology I purchased two DVD's from Amazon.
The first,
Disney's Wild About Safety with Timon and Pumbaa Safety Smart About Fire! Classroom Edition [Interactive DVD] (2009), if often used in Fire Houses across the country.
The second one is directed towards to older kiddies.
Safety Smart Science with Bill Nye the Science Guy is as the title describes the science of Fire Safety by Bill Nye himself.
